usb mass storage or usb hardrive problems
This is a discussion about usb mass storage or usb hardrive problems in the Windows Hardware category; hello, a Question, Some time you know that if you plug an usbkey (memory) or an usb harddrive, windows know and install it, but you can see it in the my computer drive because it's trying to take a drive letter your are using.

What can qe do , I use to disconect every drive or network letter to see the new one..
but me be that it exist other solution to see this new drive???

Can you try a different port and see what happens? Also, was it connected to a system where someone assigned it a drive letter that is fighting with what you currently have (such as a box with no E drive had E assigned to the key, but on your system you already have an E drive and the key is fighting with it)?
