Using local users and groups in WinXP Home

This is a discussion about Using local users and groups in WinXP Home in the Everything New Technology category; Hey I'm on Windows XP home and whenever i try to use the local users and groups part of Computer Management it says You cannot use this on winxp home blah blah blah. . . . Is there anyway I can get it to work cos I could really do with it - the most annoying thing is the admins account is always disabled.

Does this work for you:
Start -> Run:
control userpasswords2
 
To use the Administrator account, you'll need to boot into Safe Mode.

it works on my XP Pro computer but not on my home.
