Hello i can't get USNF normal cd install also the patched 1. 4 version install to work under Windows NT 4. 0 sp6a. It asks for directx 5, i have tried both, installing that, and skipping it. I have also tried using setwin95.

I have also tried using setwin95.cmd to patch the .exe
I checked the faq of games, it says it should work.
I have a pent2,64meg,4meg matrox millenium ii agp.
Any ideas?
Cheers Paul

Oh, goody!Another EA game that wont work under NT cores.
I dont mean to be a downer, but EA just doesnt seem to support the NT base yet. They need to, or a lot of XP owners are gonna be pissed off at EA. I dont know what EA's problem is with NT code, but they better get a grip on it soon. Look at the compatability list on this site and see if its listed as running. Maybe that will give you clues.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Yes, i've looked at the list for NT4.0, it says it works. It installs ok, so i'm not really shure what else i could do to fix the problem. Maybe try some regedit hacking ? 8)
This causes a great problem, i like the majority of the classic gold and other cheap types of games that don't require the latest hardware to run.
