The pro-version of O&O Defrag will do so, take a look at -> http://www.oosoft.de/index-e.html

pagedefrag.exe @ sysinternals.com
its freeware, and you can set it to defrag page + reg @ boot

Well, this doesnt necessarily defrag the registry, but it does compact it and its called RegCompact.
