Hi, just a quickie...

I have 5 UW SCSI Hard Disks on an Iwill UW controller. I wanted to get a RAID card for these, but is it possible to have 3 drives in RAID0? The reason i say this i because i have 2 x 4.5gig drives and 3 x 9.1gigs. I wouldn't matter greatly if this wasn't possible as i would have my boot drive seperate and then 2 RAID arrays.. however! the cards i have seen and priced out of this world! I know SCSI is more expensive than IDE but surely there is a card out there for around £100-150 or maybe a lil more.

I thought maybe iwill made one, because the card i have was only £60 and performs great!

Anyone know of a place in the UK with some reasonably priced UW SCSI RAID cards? ..else i guess i'll have to resort to second hand.

Yeah, you can run 3 drives in RAID 0. As for distributors in the UK, I dunno, as I live in the US.
