V3 3000 & Win2K D3D question..

This is a discussion about V3 3000 & Win2K D3D question.. in the Windows Hardware category; anyone know how to disable the vsync (sync to monitor refresh rate) in Win2K Pro? I'm using Gary Petersons OC Util which allows you to disable Glide, but not D3D. Is there a registry line i can edit? or another util which will allow me to? any help would be appreciated.
