VERY interesting Slashdot: Tcp replacement on the way?

This is a discussion about VERY interesting Slashdot: Tcp replacement on the way? in the Windows Networking category; You do realize that many of the media players rely on UDP from the reciept of said media data packets don't you This is something that's been around for awhile however I'm not sure if I really like something that can potentially flood my connection with useless and possibly DDOS type attacks as a standard
