Ok. . . I have some home videos I want to copy to my computer and make DVDs of. What kind of video card do I need for this. . . ? Any recommendations?.

i have a pinnacle av/dv capture card. about 125 for the card and the software. pinnacle studio is one of the easiest softwares i've used and allows encoding with any codec u have on your system.
