Video Card drivers wont install -- Dont wanna format!
This is a discussion about Video Card drivers wont install -- Dont wanna format! in the Windows Hardware category; I have a geForce DDR that was working just dandy with the 6. 18 Det3 drivers on. Stupid ol' me decided to install the 6. 31's. They never install correctly so I am stuck in 800x600 with 16 colors. I looked around the net for older drivers, but the one site that has them all (reactorcritical) gives me a Forbidden me ...
I have a geForce DDR that was working just dandy with the 6.18 Det3 drivers on. Stupid ol' me decided to install the 6.31's. They never install correctly so I am stuck in 800x600 with 16 colors. I looked around the net for older drivers, but the one site that has them all (reactorcritical) gives me a Forbidden message when I try and download. I tried the 5.22, but when my computer starts up (after the first bar at the bottom), it resets itself... so I have to restore from the Last Know Configuration. I am looking for the 6.18 drivers to see if they will work..
I uninstalled the SP1 to see if that would help, but it didn't. I don't mind formatting, its just that I dont want to lose the 300+ mp3s I have and some other important stuff.

detonator 6.18s have AGP 4x disabled on AMD boards, if that's a problem for you. i have 3.75, 5.32, 6.18, and 6.31 all on my comp. so i could send whichever ones you want to you over icq or even the dreaded email 8) .
