I bought two Video Card upgrades for me and the Mrs. Computers this weekend.
9800 Pro ATI and a 6800 BFG OC NVIDIA
I installed 9800 Pro in wifes computer and I get a black screen.
She is Using a Abit KR7a-133Raid Motherboard. And... upgrading from a Radeon 8500.
I have tried flashing bios, installing latest Via AGP driver, Reverting back to original VGA drivers. To no Avail.
So... I try and install 9800 Pro in my machine and it boots right up. So card working as intended.
I than try and install my other new Video Card (BFG 6800 OC Nvidia) in her computer and it boots right up.
Seeing how the Card that works is a newer technology than the 9800 Pro - This does not make sense.
ANY GOOD Advice out there?
