Viper II and Windows 2000

This is a discussion about Viper II and Windows 2000 in the Windows Hardware category; Hi, I have VIA AGP 4X chipset w Viper II on Windows 2000. I have got the latest updates including (via 4 in 1), MS VIA Patch, AMD MS Patch. I cant get AGP 4X working. The jumpers are on for 4x on the video cards but it doesn't work.

I have VIA AGP 4X chipset w Viper II on Windows 2000.

I cant get AGP 4X working. The jumpers are on for 4x on the video cards but it doesn't work.
 
The acceleration is really bad tested in 3dmarks. Only 24 fps in Helicopter low detail test. Please help me

One thing I forgot to tell is that I have an Asus A7V and i checked it on both optimal and normal settings.
 
Moreover, windows 2000 doesn't assign and IRQ to my card. What to do.
 
I think that is the problem.
 
I have tried bios settings, but couldn't find Assign IRQ to VGA option in it. It was in my old computer but in this bios, I couldn't find it.
 
Please help.
