Hi Angry At MX,
All you'll probably have to do is plug the thing in turn it on and then go to my computer. In my computer you should see a new removable drive letter. Your pictures should be on the removable drive. However, if it came with drivers, quite likely why don't install them? If you got it without drivers you can download them off of www.Visioneer.com.
