VNC Problem!

Hi, im haven a serious problem! I have a machine with 2 user accounts. . . 1 Administrator and 1 Limited account. . . if i VNC in there i can get in but when i log-off the limited account to log in at administrator i type my password and press enter.

Please HELP this is really important!

Which version of VNC are you using?
Are you loading VNC at startup or as a service (best loaded as a service)?
