Voodoo 3 TV Output screwed my Monitor!
This is a discussion about Voodoo 3 TV Output screwed my Monitor! in the Windows Software category; I was running voodoo 3 beta drivers that worked perfectly fine. then when i used the TV output, i (by accident) switched the output type to Norway or something like that. well my monitor turned off and i couldnt see the screen on my TV.

well my monitor turned off and i couldnt see the screen on my TV. i tried restarting but now the screen on my monitor is stretched out.
i have also tried uninstalling the voodoo 3 drivers and 3dfx tools, and nothing has helped. someone please help me out here. thx ahead.

geez man try putting the drivers back in and turning off tv output. Or heck try changing your resolution. Thats very normal that your screen gets all funky as the output to tv resolution is quite different. If you set it to 720 by 5?? something it looks good.

the res was at 800x600 16-bit like it should. i just got it working with the microsoft drivers.
but when i go back to the win2k drivers from 3dfx the screen is stretched again. is there any way i can make it so it doesnt do that anymore?

hey Seldzar, i've got the real magic + decoder + their win2k beta software... how can i have tv-out e.g. Quake3?
You don't......it's an mpeg deconder not your video card tv out....use your video cards tv out feature if you have one. if not, sucks to be you =)
sucks to be me...even w/ tv-out! i've got a canopus spectra 2500 w/ tv-outbut but the drivers for tv-out are since WW1 since canopus stopped making boards.
