Have you tried http://www.ntcompatible.com/3dfxfaq.shtml ? The reference drivers should work for Diamond cards. I know the 3dfx ones did for my Monster Fusion, though that was in Win98. You could also try the 3rd party 3dfx drivers at www.voodoofiles.com
