Hello Friends

I am working in Private Institution. I am using Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Server. In my Server two NICs. One NIC is nat ip for using Internet Connection (10.0.0.10/255.0.0.0) Another one is for local area connection (172.100.100.1/255.255.0.0). All the client machines are browsing using Wingate Proxy. But the Public IP address is not my hand because it is assigned in Linux Server. Because it is another department. I want to configure VPN in Windows 2003 Server. I have no public IP. Whether it is possible please reply.
