W2k plays media files when I highlight them...

How do I turn this "feature" off? It's a clean W2k install w/ SP2 and Windows media player 7.1 installed.

i think u have the option where all ur files are "hyperlinked".
to turn this off do the following:
 
open my computer>tools>folder options
 
under "click items as follows" choose "Double click to open an item"

Nope, it's set to double click (instead of single web style.) Must be some way to turn this off...
