W2K shutdown Problem
This is a discussion about W2K shutdown Problem in the Windows Software category; When I restart W2K windows says DEVLDR. exe is not responding, and I have to end task, and sometimes my box shuts down and sometimes it doesnt, when it does it takes about 3 minutes. TIA Ned.
