W2K & SMC EtherCard Elite

This is a discussion about W2K & SMC EtherCard Elite in the Windows Hardware category; hello i once tried to update to win2k and all hardware but my network adapter (SMC EliteCard 16 ULTRA) was recognized. . and that one is very important offcourz! does anyone know there are some 3rd party drivers for this adapter.

drivers for this adapter...i cant find the word "windows 2000"
on SMCs site!

Have you tried the NT4 drivers for this card? In most cases they'll work...
 
Also, from the W2K HCL (Hardware compatability list)
 
SMC EtherCard Elite16 Ultra (8216, 8216C, 8216T) (ISA)
 
so it ought to work.
