Weird reddish fonts on LCD
Hello all! Am having a problem of late (since 3-4 weeks). I reinstalled XP on my home PC, and installed the latest drivers for my nVidia 5600. I use a BenQ 19 TFT monitor T904. Problem is, that since then, the fonts on cleartype are weird and with a reddish halo.

Am having a problem of late (since 3-4 weeks). I reinstalled XP on my home PC, and installed the latest drivers for my nVidia 5600. I use a BenQ 19" TFT monitor T904.
Problem is, that since then, the fonts on cleartype are weird and with a reddish halo. This problem does not extend to images etc, just the fonts. Tried increasing the DPI and fiddled with the brightness and contrast and gamma, to no avail. This problem is most pronounced when I have two letters like ll together. Small text is reddish black etc. Tried tweaking the Cleartype using the MS tool, nothing happened...
Weirdest thing is that after that I reinstalled XP on my laptop and there I use the generic nVidia driver (installed by XP) as I always have done since I bought this laptop, the same problem cropped up. The fonts have a reddish halo around them.
Any idea what might be causing this and that too all of a sudden? Any help would be sooo much appreciated!
