What is the best FREE pop up killer?

I am looking for an ad/web window pop up killer. There are so many, I'm sure that y'all could tell me quicker than me trying them all out. Must be a FREE one. Thanks in advance.

...or Phoenix. It's what I use on my Linux and Windows boxes, and 0.5 just got released.

OP
This is for a client who uses MSN for their ISP. They only use the MSN Explorer, sorry I failed to mention that.

Try eDexter or the more efficient DNSKong. It's a perverted use of the Hosts file which is supposed to define common names to locally networked computers but can be used to loop back to your own computer when internet programs try to resolve known ad serving addresses from this file. It's very effective and also a great way to filter out |)orn sites for parents to scared to talk to their children about s3x.
