I'm not sure if any are out yet but you can try the following site which showcases some of the forthcoming motherboards.

As far as I know the only Opteron motherboards that is available to buy are the MSI K8D Master-F and the Tyan Thunder K8S. These are server boards so you might have to pay in the region of $500+.

AMD's site lists several manus of Opteron boards, Asus is one i am currently looking at.
