Whats best for games-FAT32 or NTFS? And one more question. . . if i burn a CD in windows 2000 with NTFS, can i read and work with this CD on win 98 with FAT 32?.

I don't think that it really makes much diff for games unless the NTFS volumes are compressed in which case it might be a little slower. The cds that you burn at home should work at work regaurdless of the different formats of the hard disks.
