I gotta tell you. I get so frustrated with poor AI nowadys. Renegade is just plain Horrible. Standing there while I shoot them. JK2 tho has great AI, cept for the StormTroopers which have been dumb since the first movie.
 
I took a look back at the games I used to play to see which one had the most poorly coded AI and I found a Winner!
 
The Mortal Kombat series.
 
I did a test to see how bad it actually is. IF you take a character in the second of third versions of the game against the computer, and you act as if you are going to make a move, it will react as if ready to counteract. I kept pressing forward, the move requires a forward and low punch, and the computer kept backing away. After like 30 pushes I finally execute the move and the computer reacts to me the instant I hit the button. Not afterword as if to react, but as I was controlling both characters.
 
ANother game with terrible AI is everquest. The reason I quit the game. These dumb *** mobs will stand there and watch while you beat on its brother, but if you run by it real fast it, and the whole zone, will chase you.
