My best reasonable guess would be December. I think I read somewhere that it was expected that .NET would go gold in March 2003.
A collegue at work said that RC2 was going to be released tommorow, but I haven't seen anything official yet.
It's rumored that RC2 will be released this week, FYI. I don't have a build number yet, though.

Complete reinstall, too much base code has changed for an update. BTW, the build number is 3718, for those who are interested.
