Don't hold your breath. It was nearly a year between SP1 and SP2, so I expect SP3 sometime in February of next year.
SP3 folder of hotfixes was made available officially on the FTP site:
ftp://hotfix.microsoft.com/winnt/windows_2000/sp3/

Himm, my crystal ball states it will take 3 to 4 major security break outs for it to be released.
