It will help if you look up your product number something like CT4851 (it's on your card)

Your card is probably either model CT4750 or ES3100.
Go to http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/
There is three windows shown. Pick Soundblaster in the far left one, Choose 16 bit in the middle and select PCI 128 on the right.
