Well, you must be aware that W2K can manage up to 64Mo of Ram and that's all !!

Is your memory recognised Ok at the memory test when you turn your computer on ??

I belive its normal, after a clean install on my machine, my mem usage was almost 64mb out of 96mb.

well same for me : 69Mo out of 128Mo in task Manager.

But it works great so...
