Where is Dual Boot ?!

Well, I have installed Win2000 on clean partition and have no problem dual booting with Win 98. Few days ago, my friend has done the same thing, but when booting computer there is no start up screen where you can choose which system to run.

Can someone tell me where start-up chooser can be enabled or how to repair it? What is your boot.ini looks like ?

Menu delay is probably at 0 seconds
right click on My Computer, Advanced, Startup/Shutdown will let you choose which OS to boot and how long to wait. Forgive me if the details aren't quite right, I'm at work and don't have Win2k in front of me
