I would send to Phillip for download straight from NTCompatible but since this package contains files from the Beta of Whistler I'm not sure if that would be allowed.
WHAT IS THE WHISTLER APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY TOOLKIT?
This package is a compilation of files from the Whistler Beta 2 2462 CD, the Windows 2000 Application Compatibility Toolkit and the installed Whistler files from \Windows,\Windows\SYSTEM32, and \WINDOWS\APPPATCH.
This program is for both Windows 2000 and Windows Whistler. Why would you want to use this program on Windows Whistler? The Whistler Application Compatibility Toolkit consolidates all the tools you need to easily fix an application. Windows Whistler standalone does not have all of the tools in one place and is not very informative on how to fix your own programs.
WHY
I compiled this package because I was tired of Microsoft not up[censored] their Windows 2000 Application Compatibility Toolkit (The Windows 2000 Application Compatibility Toolkit is a program release by Microsoft that applies specific fixes to programs so that the programs can work under Windows 2000. These fixes basically translate commands that are different in Windows 2000 from Windows 9x,NT) and instead focusing their time on Windows Whistler. ALOT of people bought Windows 2000 expecting their programs to work. Many don't. Well with this program they do! I have the feeling that Microsoft will not update the Application Compatibility in Windows 2000 as often as they do in Windows Whistler because they of course want the $$$$. With the included files you will have the same level of Application Compatibility in Windows 2000 as you do in Windows Whistler!
Here's a good example of how outdated the Windows 2000 Application Compatibility Toolkit is:
Windows 2000 Application Compatibility Toolkit=5/24/2000
Whistler Application Compatibility Toolkit=3/20/2001
Windows 2000 Application Compatibility Toolkit=70 fixes
Whistler Application Compatibility Toolkit=160 fixes

Though one thing is missing. The file that says "Already applied fixes" has the list of all the latest games. I tried to run NBA 2001 and some other and found it didnt work without applying the fix using QfixApps.
Please make a reg file of this reg directory. I think this contains all fixes.

DosFreak.........We got some folks coming in to upgrade our systems from Win98SE to 2000Pro. In addition to downloading all the hardware patches, etc.....I can find, I would appreciate receiving a copy of your Compatibility Toolkit, so they have all the tools they need when they get here.

Yep thats true for sure. All my EA Sports games wont work
dum EA sports i will make sure i dont buy from them inless it says win2k on back.
i tried to talk to tech support once but they just said they didnt support win2k hehe.
They will have too sooner or later since windows xp is coming out.
But the two games i cant get working is nascar revolution or sim theme park

Personally The first few EA games I tried with Win2K worked perfectly (NHL 2001, FIFA 2001, The Sims, The Sims Livin Large) however I have had no success with NBA Live 2001 or Superbike 2001.
What I find odd is how the NBA Live 2001 demo worked fine for me but the full game doesnt

Did you use Qfix? If so, what things did you place checkmarks next to in order to get the games to run?
So Using any cracked .exe should work, ok, ill give it a shot and see what happens
Well miku, youre either lying or are an incredably lucky man cause I have tried several fixed .exe's for superbike and have tried all the compabatibility modes and the game (superbike 2001) still crashes me back to the desktop.

You have to see it to believe it. This is the file I am using the zipped file from the following location. Download it and run setupreg.exe to fix registry. Then try

After doing everything, I go and run it using the appcomp tool with Windows 98 checked off, and I get an error returned to me that is a microsoft visual C++ runtime error, msvcrt.dll is not compatible with win32s and then that the application failed to initialize properly
Whenever I try to extract the files in the whistler ACT I get 2 errors that say cannot open apppatch\acgenral.dll and cannot create apppatch\acgenral.dll, all I get are the install, uninstall and readme files extracted so I dont get runcompat how do I get these files extracted, I use WinRAR
Then if I run the install batch file it doesnt do anything really because it cannot find a bunch of the files
