Whistler - Internet Explorer

Guys, Just noticed that IE Scroll Bars do not take on the skin. The Scroll bars in my computer and looks nice but as soon as I change to Internet Explorer. It changes back to the old windows one. Did they forgot to change it? ARC.

I notice another gui glitch on the command prompt window but its Beta 1. I am sure MS fix this with Beta 2.

The problem there is that Internet Explorer doesn't use scrollbars, but rather ActiveX controls that *look* like scrollbars. Various skinning programs have had this problem since IE4, and Whistler isn't any different - yet. Let's see what happens...
