its not fair to compare a beta OS to a Retail Gold OS for the simple fact that it is what it is...beta. I thought that build 2223 was very unstable, i always got explorer.exe crashes, as for build 2250 or 2252 i don't know, i haven't used it yet.

Whistler is just windows 2000 with a few gui changes thats it i would not bother wasting your time its okay but nothing to shout about dont waste your bandwidth!!!
 
As for people saying does it runs faster no because it is in essence windows 2000 at the moment.

I use it more than win 2k it is more reliable cooler looking and faster. It does not agree with winamp though.
