Who is allowed to post news?
Anyone? Also. . . how about customizing the front page for how you want to view it? For instance if I only wanted NT news then I could set the option, the cookie would be detected by the site and I would only ever see NT news.

Yes, but all submitted news (or compatibility results) need to be approved by the administrator (me ).
