i dont know what "the game" is 
but some games run faster and some slower.
i find win2k a very good "shitgamedetector"

Well, I think they run about the same. But when play Counter-Strike and run a server with bots in it, WinME is decreases my framerate a lot more than Win2k. Other than that, I don't really play other games that much.
