First try the games.

If no work then come back.

XP's compatibility with 95/98/ME games is pretty damn good. The assistant is located in the Accessories section of the start menu. However, first try the games normally without fiddling, most of them work fine.

In WinXP, click Start, then All Programs, then Accessories, and then Program Compatibility Wizard.

If no luck, then use the help system and search for "compatibility."

I am also interested in playing old games. The Comp. Wiz guides me to the Control Panel, then seems to say that the operating system name must be changed from Windows XP Home Edition/fast detect,to WINDOWS 95.Is that right,or what.Plus indicates a time frame for starting up with Windows 95.Did I miss something.I don't want to try this until I am sure.
