Win XP + ATI Rage Fury

Need opinions and help, can someone tell me how I can massively overclock or use the full potentionals of this card in XP, all suggestions taken, and I don't have the money for a new video card, so I wanna make the best out of this for a while, Also any XP tweaks that can really help, thanx
