Yes and no, most users do not realize they need to adjust a system BIOS setting to properly show up to (6)Six storage devices.

So, go into your system BIOS on a reboot of the machine using something like the DEL/F1/F2/F6 keys, depending on the make and model of your motherboard.

Now find the Advanced BIOS Settings and look for something relating to the IDE Mode. This is be default set to AUTO when you need to change this to Enhanced Mode instead.

Once changed then save and exit and it should show up under the Disk Management applet. Now to open this app, you need to open the Control Panel, then look for the Administrative Tools. Double Click on this and then look for the Computer Management icon and double click on this. Now on the left hand pane look for the Disk Management option and click on this. Then after a few seconds you should see the storage devices show up. Look for the new drive that says something like Unpartitioned Space.

You will need to create a new partition and format this partition for use with files/folders and such
