Win2000 & GP500 - HELP!!!!!!!
This is a discussion about Win2000 & GP500 - HELP!!!!!!! in the Windows Games category; i have tried everything. but i can't get GP500 to work under windows2000. when i try to run it windows says it generated errors and it must be shut down. i tried with and without the patch, with and without the no-cd crack.

just for the record i got:
win2000 SP1
abit bh6
p2 celeron 300a (not overclocked)
128meg ram
riva tnt (16 meg) (6.47 driver)
aureal au8830 (5.12.2500.59) (tried the old ones to)
plz help me out. i tried everything and i love this game.

GP 500 work for me !
you must have the Patch "gp500update1.exe" in http://www.3dfiles.com
and a crack which work with win2k if one doesn't work find and try another
this one work for me : tca_gp500-upd1.zip in http://www.gamecopyworld.com/
It is cause by an old way to crack games which result in an incompatibility witk win2K
Many cracked games can have the same problem
For example for these games you can have to find another crack :
Close Combat 4
Die Hard Trilogie 2
Driver
Dungeon Keeper 2
Imperium Galactica 2
Midtown Madness
Rollcage Stage 2
System Shock 2
TrickStyle
GTA 2
and many others...
Here some games (with work in the original version) for which I never find a working crack
Operational Art of War Volume 2
South Park
StarShot
Legacy of Kain : Soul Reaver
Of course buying the game can resolve these problem !!
