Windows 2000 IRQ sharing is an improvemnt from older windows 9x. It shouldn't be a problem.
However, if you want to disable this sharing, you will have to change your system type to Standard PC. Go to device manager, choose ACPI computer, and go to properties. Choose "driver" tab, and click on "update driver...". When the wizard prompts you, choose "choose from a list of devices". Finally choose "standard computer" from. Reboot and wait while all system devices all redetected and asigned an irq.
I strongly discourage disabling ACPI, since you would loose some nice features like suspend, and automatical power-off on shutdown.

Pop along to: www.intel.com & www.microsoft.com
Do a search for ACPI and have a read up about it's features and abilities.
Every single one of my devices sits on IRQ9 and everything functions very well.
