Win2k installation problem

This is a discussion about Win2k installation problem in the Windows Hardware category; Anyone know how to make Win2k ignore the fact that my computer isn't a pure Dell computer? It must check the bios or motherboard somehow, but how can I get it to run anyway? Thanks so much, Isaac
