Win2k Network: File transfers stopping premature

This is a discussion about Win2k Network: File transfers stopping premature in the Windows Networking category; Ok, here is the problem. Ive got a peer to peer network setup with 2 win2k pro comps. They are on a Linksys router with 4 switched LAN ports. When ever I try to transfer large files (say 50mb) it will go through about 60% of it then and error box will pop up and say.

Ok, here is the problem. Ive got a peer to peer network setup with 2 win2k pro comps. They are on a Linksys router with 4 switched LAN ports. When ever I try to transfer large files (say 50mb) it will go through about 60% of it then and error box will pop up and say. The network resource is not available (or something to that effect). I'll go ahead tell you what i have already tried.

Given both machines static ips
Tried diffrent drivers for both NICs (dlink 530tx and 530tx+)
Tried the deleting that reg key for non-wins networks
tried lmhosts file
deleted all other protocols except tcp/ip
Tried putting computers on 100mb hub
Tried ftp'in into 1 (ftp works fine, but still can't complete transfers)

This is where i lay now, Im pretty much out of ideas. I have already ordered Win2k AS so i can set up a server. Still would like to get this ironed out.

Thanks in Advance

Couple things:

Do you have any collisions on your router?
Have your tried running Performance Monitor on both machines? Might tell you something.
