Win2k Server Help

This is a discussion about Win2k Server Help in the Windows Software category; Win2k Server setup keeps restarting itself after it installs the networking stuff, it won't go past that, it'll just reboot the computer then restart setup. It's a continuous process. How can I stop it and actually istall Win2k server? I've installed it before with the same CD and on the same computer.

whew.. who knows.. it could be a whole bunch of things.

Have you tried it with a different NIC? Played with the RAM at all? Any hardware changes whatsoever? Have you tried installing it again... perhaps it was just a fluke the first time?? What is your hardware set up? Need a tad more info.

All is good now. I used an older CD with only SP1 and it worked, I'll remake a SP2 CD and see how that works. Thanks anyway.
