Win2K support tools

This is a discussion about Win2K support tools in the Customization Tweaking category; Has anyone used the support tools that come on the Win2K CD? There's one application that emulates previous versions of Windows, possibly allowing things to run that otherwise would not. I'm curious as to how well it works.
