Win2k Windows Explorer Nuisance???????

When I use Windows Explorer in Win2000, and when I go to a folder's window and right click and select arange icons by name, Win2k literally sorts them by name including the folders. Hmm, I don't know why it does that for you, but when I do sort by name, priority is always given to foldes and then individual files and shortcuts.
