Win2k won't shut down.

My installation of Win2k is only two days old and I believe that on the first day it WOULD shut down. Installed a few things last night and when it was time to go to bed I selected shut down and the sucker restarted! It does that every time now.

I will probably start unistalling stuff tonight and see if it changes, but I would love to hear other ideas.
