Win2k's open ports.....

This is a discussion about Win2k's open ports..... in the Windows Networking category; I recently got the new ZoneAlarm, and it's been asking me about certain system apps, and I'm wondering which ones to block, if any. LSASS. EXE seems to be using port isakmp, which, to my understanding, is some sort of security protocol.

I recently got the new ZoneAlarm, and it's been asking me about certain system apps, and I'm wondering which ones to block, if any. LSASS.EXE seems to be using port "isakmp", which, to my understanding, is some sort of security protocol. There's also mstask.exe. ZA asked me about letting it communicate, and out of uncertainty, just let it go this one time. Is it all right to allow these, or should I restrict them, and why?

DELETE mstask.exe unless u use Microsoft's Task manager. I dont and it saves me memory.
Zonealarm 2.125 or even the new beta blows bad

Go buy ZoneAlarm 1.0 PRO because it's configurable!!!!!

I set mine to Medium security blocking NETBIOS ports 135, 137-139 and 2 UDP ports..
However, it still kinda interferes with my programs
