WIN32K.SYS BSOD

This is a discussion about WIN32K.SYS BSOD in the Windows Hardware category; What is the background on this? Just started getting this on my WINXP Pro box. I have Detonator 30. 30's installed, and just started getting this after I installed my new AthlonXP Processor. .

What is the background on this?

I am no overclocking my XP2100+ CPU.
MY GF3ti200 oc'ed with NVMax to 230 / 450
PCI Latency is at 32
 
PC133 Crucial Ram, at 2-2-2 in the bios (always has been set at this)
