WIN95 apps run under NT4.0

This is a discussion about WIN95 apps run under NT4.0 in the Customization Tweaking category; In your Widows NT 4. 0 FAQ you state that you can fool a 95 app into running under NT by using setwin95. cmd. Would you please explain how and where I would install this, I don't quite understand. Regards, jaybird.
