Win98 won't recognize my printer

My computer won't recognize my printer. It tells me I have a file missing,'DMCOLOR. DLL'? It was installed previously on same computer. But after numerous trips to the computer tech's,end result, they re-installed Windows 98.

Something is missing, but what? Pleas help. ;(
