Winbond IR controller in ASUS L7300 with W2K does not work
This is a discussion about Winbond IR controller in ASUS L7300 with W2K does not work in the Windows Hardware category; Hi, I recently updated my ASUS L7300 notebook from W98SE to W2K. No I can´t access the internal infrared port any longer. In the device manager I found an exclamation mark and an error code 10 at the Winbond fast infrared controller entry.

I recently updated my ASUS L7300 notebook from W98SE to W2K.
No I can´t access the internal infrared port any longer. In the device manager I found an exclamation mark and an error code 10 at the "Winbond fast infrared controller" entry. I use the original W2K drivers.
Any help would be appreciated.
